24 Hour Notice Required
Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance or you will be charged for that session. This applies to privates, semi-privates and all other classes. If you need to cancel a semi-private session in advance of 24 hours, please contact your partner and give them the option of a private session. Monday appointments should be cancelled by Saturday at 12.00 noon.

Attire
Loose comfortable workout clothing recommended. Socks are a must for sanitary regulation.

Payment Policy
Studio accepts cash, checks and all major credit cards. Please make checks payable to 'True Pilates, Inc'.

Cell Phones
Kindly have cell phones turned off, unless you are waiting for an emergency call.

Studio Area
Kindly remove your shoes before entering workout area.
Purses, valuables, and shoes please store on/in the bench.
Please wipe down equipment after use.
